In reference with the contract you have signed you agree to the following terms and conditions TrimWorx Inc has put in place for every job.
- Estimates are priced for labor and material, or labor only based on current rate.
- Estimates are valid for 30 days from date referenced.
- All changes are subject to additional charges.
- Estimate charge is $250 per hour, one hour minimum. Payment is due at time of service. Full credit will be given if customer accepts estimate.
- Trim contractor is not responsible for any damage to any objects behind closed walls or ceilings for example a/c ducts, water or gas pipes, electrical/low voltage cable etc. In addition, trim contractor won’t take responsibility for unleveled walls, ceilings or floors.
- Trim contractor is not responsible for prepping the moulding prior to painting which include sanding, caulking, filling the nails and joints.
- Trim contractor is not responsible for removing wastes of mouldings. It can be placed in large construction bags and can be positioned in front of job-site or at job-site dumpster for garbage pickup.
- The project start date is dependent on the availability of the team. In the event this project has an imminent due date, must be notified in writing of the requested due date prior to acceptance of this agreement, so that the date can be evaluated for feasibility, and if agreed upon, included within the terms of this project proposal.
- The term of this agreement will continue until project completion, or until terminated by either party upon thirty (30) days written notice. Cancellation fees due shall be based on the amount of work completed to date. In addition to cancellation, customer stays responsible for all fees for all custom materials/special orders.
- Payments are required as follows: 30% deposit upon estimate approval. 10% of payment upon delivery. 20% of payment upon starting work. 30% of payment upon completing work. 10% of payment after completion.
- The client shall assume responsibility for all collection of legal fees, out of pocket expenses, and time loss associated with the collection of a default in payment.
- Customer recognizes and acknowledges that this Agreement creates a confidential relationship between Trimworx Inc and Customer and that information concerning customer’s affairs, vendors, finances, properties, methods of operation, , and documentation, and other such information, whether written, oral, or otherwise, is confidential in nature. All such information concerning customer is hereinafter collectively referred to as “Confidential Information”. After expiration or termination of this proposal, Trimworx Inc agrees to respect the confidentiality of customer’s information and not to disclose them to anyone.
